Lathering up is the 2nd step in The Art of Shaving's trademarked 4 Elements of the Perfect Shave (preceded by applying Pre-Shave Oil). <br />With a brush (recommended): Rinse your face with hot water to stimulate skin, open pores, and soften beard hair for an easier shave. Then, wet your brush thoroughly under hot water before whisking it over the surface of the shaving soap. Apply brush to your face in quick, circular movements to exfoliate the skin and produce a rich lather. To generate a fuller lather, simply add more hot water to the brush. Shave with the grain on your first pass. If a closer shave is desired, re-lather and shave against the grain. Rinse with cold water and apply our 2in1 After-Shave Balm.

Select products are eligible for same-day shipping, all other orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders being shipped to Hawaii and Alaska may take up to 45 to 65 days to be delivered

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
