STEP 1:<br />Shampoo twice with KCMAX Maximum Keratin Pre-Treatment Shampoo. During the second shampoo, allow shampoo to saturate for 5 minutes. Rinse completely. DO NOT CONDITION. Towel-dry hair thoroughly. Shake, measure and pour treatment into a bowl.<br />STEP 2:<br />1. Gloves should be worn. Divide the hair into six sections. <br />2. Starting at the nape, part hair into ½ to 1-inch (1 to 2.5 cm) subsections. Apply treatment evenly, beginning ¼-inch (.6 cm) from the scalp through to the ends<br />3. Continue combing to ensure even distribution, avoiding oversaturation.<br />4. Cover with a plastic cap. Allow treatment to saturate for 30 minutes.<br />5. Divide the hair into six sections. Blow-dry hair 80% with fingers<br />5. Finish blow-drying 100% using a vent brush.<br />STEP 3: <br />1. Starting at the nape, part hair in 2-inch sections and mist 1-3 pumps of KCMAX Treatment Spray from<br />base to ends. Comb through each section to ensure even distribution.<br />2. Divide hair into six sections. Flat iron ½ to 1-inch (1 to 2.5 cm) subsections, following the flat<br />iron guide.

Select products are eligible for same-day shipping, all other orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders being shipped to Hawaii and Alaska may take up to 45 to 65 days to be delivered

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
