To use a Dr. Hauschka pump, simply remove the cap from the product bottle and screw the pump dispenser onto the bottle neck in place of the cap. To dispense product, twist the pump to the right and lock it by twisting the cap back to the left. When using a pump jar, you may need to prime it by pressing down on the top of the pump repeatedly or by using a paper clip to re-trigger the vacuum system, especially when first using the jar.

Shipment processing time

Select products are eligible for same-day shipping, all other orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders being shipped to Hawaii and Alaska may take up to 45 to 65 days to be delivered

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
