Apply after cleansing with BABOR cleansing products. Shake the ampoule and wrap a tissue around the neck of the ampoule or use the enclosed ampoule opener. With your other hand, grasp the neck of the ampoule and snap it open at the lower, colored ring. Pour the concentrate into the palm of your hand and smooth it over your face, neck and décolleté. Pat the concentrate gently into the skin, then apply your regular moisturizing cream on top.

Select products are eligible for same-day shipping, all other orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders being shipped to Hawaii and Alaska may take up to 45 to 65 days to be delivered

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
